GET IN TOUCH

We are here for you, whatever you want to share - whether it’s to tell us your own story, ask for support, make a suggestion, offer to help in some way, or just to connect with other guys who understand - because we have been through what you are going through.

What happens when you contact us

When you send us a message, it comes through to a real person who has been where you are. We read everything that comes in. We aim to reply within a few days, though as a small and growing organisation in our early stage, sometimes it takes a little longer — please don't take a delay as a lack of care. If your message suggests you'd be better served by a specialist service, we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.

On confidentiality

What you share with us is treated with care, respect, and discretion. We won't pass your information around or use it for anything other than responding to you and supporting our work. We do need to be honest about one limit, though: if we ever believe someone is at serious risk of harm — to themselves or others — we may need to encourage or help connect them to appropriate support. We'd always rather be straight with you about that than make a promise we couldn't responsibly keep.

If you need urgent help now

SoulForge is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. If you're struggling and need to talk to someone right now, the Samaritans are available 24/7 on 116 123, and the Men's Advice Line (for male victims of domestic abuse) is on 0808 801 0327.
